Cancel xwidget progress timer when buffer is killed

* lisp/xwidget.el (xwidget-webkit-buffer-kill): New function.
(xwidget-webkit-mode): Add `xwidget-webkit-buffer-kill' to
`kill-buffer-hook'.  (bug#52344)
